China's property market not doing well; interest rates cemented the fate of property. That spells disaster for REITs and landlords with High financing costs as profits sank upon cementing the fate of high interest rates.
In fact, all companies who had financing suffered. Especially those with limited liquidity and cash on hand. That explains why my UMS can hold out well; even cumfuck held steady cos of its strategy of maintaining cash on hand. At such times, its their opportunity to advance ahead of others.
Entered LendLease a tad too early; it slid even further. Looks like we are locked in for a loss making year, amid the prolonged economic turmoil. Seems everywhere is not doing well so I should not complain; not like I have any liquidity to capitalise on any opportunity.
