ok not that happy, in the sense that its not any more eventful as any other day. just that i got a couple of angbaos... and ya that's it! while all my other frens are going around playing with cousins, collecting angbaos, receiving warmest regards from their loved ones whom they might have not seen for up to a year or so, im continuing to rot at hm. ya. celebrate new yr with my bloody lecture recordings. HOW FUN IS THAT >.<

anyone who is free to jio me out? BORED DIE ME AT HOME ugh.

recently there has been much uproar, or hype, depending on the situation, abt politics here. yup. the punggol east by-election and the... WHITE PAPER. woohoo. i guess times have changed; it's no longer a society that if you dont say abt ur intentions, somebody find out and cant do anything much bout it. its now a society that, once an intention is suspected it goes around like wildfire and within hours, the whole singapore media is  burned with that piece of information. which means to say, no one can any longer do something with any hidden intentions behind. trying to force their own policies (probably to their benefit) via a white paper is now useless, however effective it may be a few years ago where no one really has any say to it, even oblivious, when the effects of the white paper has been stamped on the country. now, it has been aggressively opposed and almost all major opposition parties have combined forces to stand up against it. 

shows the power of free media today. even the ruling party has a hard time suppressing us. so much abt a socialist democratic society.

with that bit of penning down thoughts i think i shall get back to abit of rotting. before carrying on with lecture recordings. haiz sad cny :(
