1300 units of 2,3,4 and 5 room flats. on average that will be 300 units of each type. probably will have 20 storeys. I am going for the 5 room, high floor. best if 2nd highest, or highest. and a view over the whole area facing marsiling mrt station. that will be hell of a skyscraper for me.
