So. I have ended my 1 year tenure at Siemens being a temp (and a very lao jiao one at that), and moving on. Decided that I should go out and venture into the unknown, good or bad.
Started new job this week. Had a heavy start. I am not sure how my progress is gonna be like, but it seems like the first few days isn't much for me other than just familiarising with the system (or is there even any?)
But in short, culture is super bad, there is no system, everyone is basically odd-job workers and not specifically allocated. Company is in a mess. Not sure how much I can help, or whether I can even contribute, but I hope to be able to voice out, speak up, make noise once I am full fledged in taking over the department allocated to me. Yes. Planning.
There is so much to improve on. I really hope to pull through this 2 years and after that I am going to "woooooo, check out my market value" at some other places. Haha. I have to make these 2 years count. Be more proactive. Irritate the shit out of my managers. Tank more sai-kang (which I suppose thats the purpose of me coming in), and yea. Learn more and overtake everyone. OMG that's abit too extreme.
Shag, but I guess that's what I need. To grow out of comfort zone.
That's all. Till my next update.
Byess~
